Paragraph: Benefits of Working Together (For class seven)

Teamwork is a combination of communication, coordination, and a balance of contributions from each member. In our English text book, we have learnt about the collective farming of Mr. Rafiq and his neighbors. In a collective farm, many farmers work together. As a result the production of crops and the profit is comparatively more. One benefit of working together is the various amounts of creative thoughts and inspirations of different people.   We all have different skills, knowledge and personal attributes. By utilizing all of these different aspects in a team, more ideas can be generated. As more ideas are generated, more creative solutions are generated, leading to better results.

Another benefit of working together is varied skills.   Even the best qualified individual cannot have all of the skills to do everything.   Some people excel at coming up with the ideas. There are others who can be counted on when it comes to implementing and follow through with a plan.

Speed is another benefit of working together. When you work on a team you definitely finish tasks faster than if an individual were doing it all alone. The speed is not only because of different hands coming together, but also because of different minds working on the varied aspects of each task. With more people thinking and working together, solutions happen faster, work is done more efficiently.

These benefits of teamwork can help reach and achieve goals more effectively. Interacting members of a team have both enthusiasm and energy, which acts as a motivator and leads to more success. Teamwork allows individuals to gain new skills by learning from one another. Working closely within a group exposes team members to new ideas and concepts and teaches tolerance.
